Developing your analytics strategy - how to "sell" your pitch, get funding, hire the right staff, prioritize use cases, and explain your results to senior management.  Students will be exposed to the basics on how to "sell" your future employer on the benefits of analytics, how to execute the work, and create results senior leadership will both understand and support.  Classroom discussion will be conducted based on the Socratic Method, so come prepared to discuss your thoughts with the guest lecturer and fellow students.
