At Freddie Mac, we are looking for students with some background and validated interest in Finance, especially Capital Markets. Students should have the ability to learn quickly and pick up new skills/concepts and have outstanding communication skills. We would like candidates to have Microsoft Office skills; additional quantitative skills such as Python, R, SAS, and SQL are preferred. Students should be comfortable working in a fast-paced trading floor environment where they will need to be a phenomenal teammate and be able collaborate well with others.
