In this workshop for faculty and academic leaders, participants will raise awareness and learn techniques to bridge differences and build strong mentor/mentee relationships.
This session offers faculty development regarding mentoring and draws from training offered via the Center for Improvement of Mentor Experiences in Research (CIMER) and the work of Pfund, Branchaw, and Handelsman. This session is a partnership of the Graduate School, Graduate Mentoring Academy, and the Office of Faculty Affairs.
