Food Preservation Class- Jams and Jellies
Come learn more about the basics of home canning, specifically water bath canning. This class will teach the basics of water bath canning to prepare you for jam and jelly making. Fresh, local produce will be used and each participant will take home one jar of their canned product!
Registration is required. $10 per participant.
