Ready to try something new, fun, and energizing? Fitness Free Week is an all-access pass to explore everything UGA Group Fitness has to offer—completely free.

For those into high-intensity cardio, strength training, yoga, dance, or mind-body classes, this is a chance to sample it all. No experience necessary—just bring a student ID, a water bottle, and a willingness to move.

What’s Included:

  • Unlimited access to all group fitness and small group training classes for one week only (August 18-24)
  • A chance to try new formats like Les Mills BODYPUMPCycleYoga, Boxing, Pilates, and more
  • Meet our amazing instructors and connect with fellow Dawgs
  • No registration required - just show up and sweat.
