This workshop is geared to those who are chairing or serving on a faculty search committee this year. Attendees will learn about best practices and policies that align with UGA's mission in recruitment. You will learn about standardized faculty search procedures and garner helpful resources for the process. Attendees will develop strategies for attracting an array of highly-qualified candidates to enrich our diverse and inclusive work environment. Faculty and staff involved in faculty search processes are welcome to attend. Register via the T&D Professional Education Portal.
