Academic freedom and faculty governance are bedrocks of higher education, but that often means lots of meetings. How can faculty structure and facilitate meetings that are productive, civil, and efficient? In this workshop, instructors will address not only thoughtful preparation but also facilitation that encourages civility and productive outcomes. This workshop is geared to faculty in titled leadership roles, including dean, department head, and director.
