Explore Lab is a small group workshop offered by the UGA Career Center to help first-and second-year students navigate the process of choosing a major. This workshop includes group discussion, reflective questions, and an overview of campus resources to help students create an action plan and move forward in their major choice process. Students often leave Explore Lab with less anxiety about making the wrong decision and more excitement about exploring their options at UGA. In this workshop, participants will:

• Learn common major and career myths

• Explore your areas of interest and how they connect to majors

• Discover online resources to help you navigate the exploration process

• Create an action plan to move forward

This workshop is limited to 25 people per session and pre-registration is required. Students can attend ONE Explore Lab for Arch Ready credit.
