About this Event
140 E Green Street, Athens, GA 30602
This exhibition from the Georgia Museum of Natural History is all about bats.
Bats are vital to ecosystems all over the world: they serve as natural pest control and are the essential pollinators of many plants. But bats worldwide—and right here in Athens—are in trouble due to habitat loss, disease, and conflicts with people. This exhibition highlights bats and some of the major threats they face, as well as ways to help.
