To get a better idea of how youth see their community, Michael Robinson, an associate professor in the School of Social Work, gave local teenagers cameras and asked them to photograph what they liked  and what they would like to see changed. The resulting photovoice project, "Doing T.I.M.E. (This Is My Environment) in Athens," is on display at the Lyndon House Arts Center through February 8. Photovoice projects combine photography, discussion, descriptive text and public exhibits to address community issues. The students will discuss their photos on Feb. 8. This project is presented in collaboration with the Lyndon House and the Athens Anti-Discrimination Movement, and is funded by the Fahs-Beck Fund for Research & Experimentation.
