WestRock, an Atlanta-based global leader in sustainable fiber-based packaging with over 50,000 employees spanning across 300+ facilities around the world, is looking to develop future Finance leaders through its Financial Leadership Program (FLP). The FLP is a high visibility program, where analysts participate in a full-time intensive program for two years between four 6-month rotations. Following successful completion of the program, analysts are placed into a full-time roles in Finance departments based on performance, career interest, and business needs. Program benefits include a Program Sponsor, Program Mentor, senior leadership exposure, training, travel, and other events (team building, leadership, and volunteer).
