Our Leadership Development Program participants have the opportunity to progress towards their area of strength and career interest while working in Operations. These can include Human Resources, Finance and Administration, Logistics and Supply, or Marketing/Catering/Outreach. Participants interested in pursuing the Operator Selection program, will work in all of these operations areas as they move toward understanding the entire operation.
