DESCRIPTION:Chapelle Dabney Davis is vice president\, chief diversity offic
 er\, and director of the Bank’s Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (
 OMWI). In this role\, Davis leads the Bank’s diversity and inclusion eff
 orts and is the architect and champion for diversity and inclusion strateg
 ies.\n\nDavis joined the Bank in 1980 as an assistant examiner trainee and
  was promoted to examiner in 1984. She has served as assistant vice presid
 ent since 1991 with responsibility for a variety of areas across the Bank
 ’s Supervision and Regulation (S&R) division. Her roles have included ov
 erseeing the bank and bank holding company applications and enforcement fu
 nctions of S&R’s Supervisory Support Group\, the division’s staff and 
 fiscal management function\, staff professional development\, and crisis c
 ommunication planning and implementation. Her experience also includes res
 ponsibility for information technology examinations\, operations risk exam
 inations\, and commercial bank and bank holding company examinations .\n\n
 Davis served as a charter member of the District Diversity Steering Group 
 and the Bank’s Executive Council on Diversity and Inclusion. She previou
 sly served as chair of the Bank’s Diversity Advisory Council and as an e
 xecutive sponsor for the Women Inspiring Success and Empowerment (WISE) em
 ployee resource network. She is a current member of the Executive Council 
 on Diversity and Inclusion.\n\nA native of Sandersville\, Georgia\, Davis 
 is a graduate of the business school at Emory University with a business a
 dministration degree\, with a major in accounting. She is a certified publ
 ic accountant in the state of Georgia and completed the executive developm
 ent program at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern U
 niversity.
