DESCRIPTION:Todd Phinney is a Business Consultant with Chick-fil-A assigned
  to the West Region and grew up in the Washington DC area and graduated wi
 th a BBA in Finance. Todd feels so fortunate to be a part of the Chick-fil
 -A family which he joined in 2015. Todd is a Senior Operations Lead and su
 pports all of the Chick-fil-A Operators in Arizona. Todd is passionate abo
 ut having a purpose\, leadership\, and action that achieves results. Furth
 er\, Todd serves on the UGA Alumni Association Board of Directors and is c
 ommitted to his beloved University!\n\nSharen Phinney is a graduate of the
  University of Georgia\, BFA ‘89 and M. Ed in Teaching and Instruction. 
 As an undergraduate\, Sharen held leadership positions in her sorority and
  spoke at UGA summer orientation about getting involved at Georgia. After 
 living abroad for many years\, Sharen has come full circle and serves as t
 he Director of Undergraduate Student Services (USS) at the Terry College o
 f Business. She leads the USS team to promote an inclusive community betwe
 en students\, alumni\, and employers which leads to student success throug
 h securing meaningful internships and full-time employment. Her personal l
 eadership statement is\, “Look to the future\, Lead by example\, Listen 
 with compassion.”\n\nJoin Todd and Sharen for dinner as they share some
