Todd Phinney is a Business Consultant with Chick-fil-A assigned to the West Region and grew up in the Washington DC area and graduated with a BBA in Finance. Todd feels so fortunate to be a part of the Chick-fil-A family which he joined in 2015. Todd is a Senior Operations Lead and supports all of the Chick-fil-A Operators in Arizona. Todd is passionate about having a purpose, leadership, and action that achieves results. Further, Todd serves on the UGA Alumni Association Board of Directors and is committed to his beloved University!

Sharen Phinney is a graduate of the University of Georgia, BFA ‘89 and M. Ed in Teaching and Instruction. As an undergraduate, Sharen held leadership positions in her sorority and spoke at UGA summer orientation about getting involved at Georgia. After living abroad for many years, Sharen has come full circle and serves as the Director of Undergraduate Student Services (USS) at the Terry College of Business. She leads the USS team to promote an inclusive community between students, alumni, and employers which leads to student success through securing meaningful internships and full-time employment. Her personal leadership statement is, “Look to the future, Lead by example, Listen with compassion.”
