Kristen Manion Taylor is currently senior vice president – in-flight service for Delta Air Lines, leading a team of 25,000+ flight attendants, supervisory, and support personnel around the globe, as well as Delta's onboard global food and beverage experience and operation. Her key responsibilities include leading her team to ensure 200 million Delta customers have an enjoyable in-flight experience, while maintaining a focus on safety and building upon Delta’s “Connecting the World” philosophy. Under Taylor’s leadership, Delta’s complex catering operation managing $1.4B of expenses, is being transformed to drive record breaking customer satisfaction scores in both Food and Beverage and Flight Attendant Interaction.

Taylor holds an MBA with a concentration in marketing from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, and an ABJ in radio, television and film from the Grady College of Journalism at the University of Georgia. She is a member of the Grady Society Alumni Advisory Board as well as a member of the Grady Board of Trust Directors for the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communications and was named to the University of Georgia’s Top 40 Under 40 for 2012.
