Students are invited to submit their research posters for inclusion in the 2019 Global Educational Forum. The deadline is March 1 and the event takes place March 21 in Athens, Georgia. The top four graduate poster presenters and top two undergraduate poster presenters will each receive a cash award along with a certificate and T-shirt. The top 15 presenters, excluding poster awardees, will each receive a certificate of participation and a T-shirt. All other presenters will receive a certificate of participation.

Submission Information

Student poster presentations preferably on current dissertation and independent research studies, as well as experiential-based studies. Abstracts should be no longer than 250 words (including the title, presenter's name, and the department affiliation). Typical abstract formats contain brief sections on purpose, method, results, and conclusions if data-based or with a clear objective. If non-data-based, abstracts should briefly cover procedures, thematic perspectives and conclusions. Poster boards will be provided. Also, make sure to list key words used in the paper.

Event Details

Poster session time: 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m. March 21. Students must set up their posters between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. and remove them by 6 p.m. Plan to be there at least 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the poster session (11 a.m.).

Awards will be given out at the end of the forum.

Notification of acceptance: Notifications will be sent out within two days after the submission, with the final notification being Monday March 4.
