About this Event
This workshop is designed to discuss coping skills and how students can use them in everyday life to handle stress.
Whether students are struggling with school, the pandemic, politics, or another area of life, this is a space for them to discover ways to cope and make the most of their time at UGA. This workshop is led by two UGA students/interns at CAPS.
