Dawg Day of Service is UGA’s biggest annual service event. Participants will volunteer with one of 20 organizations and nonprofits in the Athens-Clarke County Area to make a difference in this community. Students will check-in at Tate Grand Hall, sign waivers, grab breakfast and a T-shirt while supplies last. Participants will watch a short presentation telling them about the rest of the sites for Dawg Day of Service. Then, they will be volunteering for approximately three hours with nonprofits in the Athens-Clarke County area. All of the work during Dawg Day of Service directly supports the mission of each nonprofit and people in this community. Sign ups are required; visit the Involvement Network to RSVP.
