Continuing Education: Leading With Confidence

In a rapidly changing human service sector, organizations need capable and confident managers who can inspire employees to contribute at their highest levels of potential. Supervisors and managers must be equipped with the skills and confidence to lead authentically, build and develop inclusive teams, and motivate employees in a constantly changing environment.

The program "Leading with confidence: Transcending leadership and personal development at every level," is designed to strengthen critical technical/clinical skills and essential soft skills for health and human service professionals who have supervisory roles. Participants will gain a greater understanding of managerial/supervisory strategies and job functions. The class is taught by Vivian Blade, MBA, and Vonya Hodrick, LSW, LPC. Attendees can earn 6.0 Core Continuing Education Hours.
