Continuing Education: Ethics Workshop

"Ethical Frameworks for Facilitating Deliberative Conversations" exposes attendees to ethical challenges that individuals and communities are facing in balancing individual needs against the greater needs of society. It also provides an overview of techniques that are being used to build bridges between those who are polarized on an issue.

Presenters: Llewellyn J. Cornelius, LCSW, PhD, and Raytheon Rawls, J.D.

Credits: 5.0 Continuing Education Ethics hours

Training will occur over two days: July 13, 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. and July 16th, 10-11 a.m. Attendees will be asked to complete and submit a one-hour asynchronous exercise between these two sessions in order to accumulate the 5 continuing education credit hours. This offering meets the Georgia Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists requirements for licensure.
