There will be demolition and construction taking place at the Spring Street Building, situated between Fulton and South Streets, at 210 Spring Street; this work will also partially impact Parking Lot N04 at Jackson Street, between Fulton and South Streets. The work will begin at 7 a.m. Monday, Feb. 24, and continue through Oct. 9 at 5 p.m.

There will initially be a partial construction fence erected to enclose dumpsters as well as exterior areas to be demolished. Sidewalks and walkways frequented by pedestrians may be closed off to ensure safety; sidewalks on opposite side of streets will remain open.
