To construct the new entrance drive for the STEM Parking Deck and the Interdisciplinary STEM Research Building 1, there will be a sidewalk closure and detour route and traffic lane shifts/closures as indicated on the diagram linked below. A portion of the sidewalk on the west side of East Campus Road near Cedar Street and the Computing Services/Georgia Museum of Natural History building will be closed. There will be signage and a sidewalk detour along the north, west, and south sides of the Computing Services/Georgia Museum of Natural History building. 

The southbound traffic lane on East Campus Road at Cedar Street intersection will be shifted, and the northbound left turn lane on East Campus Road will be closed. There will be signage posted and two-way traffic will be maintained. Traffic control personnel will direct traffic between 7:00am and 6:00pm as needed. The lane shift/closure will be in place as required and will generally return to normal operations in the evening and during the weekend.

Access to the District Energy Plant will be from Cedar Street. Access to the parking lot on the northeast corner of the Computing Services/Georgia Museum of Natural History building will be provided during this timeframe.
