There will be demolition and construction of the Market at HSC at Scott Hall on the lower level only.  The work will begin at 7 a.m. Monday, Feb. 3, and continue through Thursday, Aug. 20, at 5 p.m.  

The sidewalks leading directly from the building to the north and south and adjacent to the building will be used for construction foot traffic and the location of 2 dumpsters. Some areas which are frequented by pedestrians may at times be cordoned off to ensure the safety of the users and those who frequent facilities nearby.    

The entrances to the Health Sciences Campus will be monitored by the construction manager safety personnel.   These entrances will remain open to pedestrians at all times. Those needing access to Scott Hall for use of the food service venue "The Niche" may continue to have access to the restaurant on the upper level throughout the period of demolition and construction. Construction work will take place Monday through Friday. Work will take place evenings, and weekends only as needed.
