Construction forces will mobilize onsite and begin setting up site safety measures such as barriers, fencing, and signage on May 17. Construction activities will begin May 24 and will continue into January 2022. The portion of the facility not being renovated (Phase 1 and 2 areas) will remain operational. The historic west entry will be closed off during the renovation. Temporary exterior walkways for access will be provided on the north and south sides of the building. During the renovation, the main entry to the building will be in the middle of the north and south sides of the building (Phase 1 entries) with secondary entries on the east side of the building.
