Both lanes will be closed on Smith Street between Lumpkin and the east exit from Parking Lot S12. The S12 Parking Lot will still have access from the east end, and the sidewalk will be accessible on Smith Street to pedestrian traffic during this time. Flagmen and police will direct traffic during equipment delivery.
