From 4/13/26 to 4/17/26, one lane of Smith Street and adjacent sidewalk will be closed due to construction activities. The remaining lane will operate as two-way traffic with flagmen directing vehicles. Adjacent pedestrian sidewalks will remain open. See map for details.
