Please be advised that rock blasting and removal activities for the Medical School Building on the Health Sciences Campus are scheduled to begin June 30, with the first blast at 2 p.m. that day. We anticipate a total of 8 blasts, tentatively scheduled for every other business day. The dates of the blasts are anticipated to be as follows: 7/8, 7/9, 7/10, 7/11, 7/14, 7/16. All blasting events will occur at 2 p.m. A safety perimeter will be established and the area should be avoided during blasting operations. The blasting operation is anticipated to conclude by 3 p.m. each day.
