This three-part workshop series will prepare instructors to conduct peer observations of teaching and help colleagues better understand their own teaching strategies and assumptions by offering another point of view in the classroom. Learn how to align expectations with the instructor in a pre-observation meeting, identify student and instructor behaviors associated with effective teaching, conduct classroom observations that recognize and reflect on effective teaching, and provide effective feedback and space for reflection during a post-observation meeting.
