As a leader, do you want to expand your abilities to respond to increasingly complex organizational challenges? Do you want to update and enhance your graduate credentials? If so, please consider enrolling in the Graduate Certificate in Complexity Leadership offered by the Learning, Leadership and Organizational Development (LLOD) program in the Department of Lifelong Education, Administration and Policy in the Mary Frances Early College of Education.
Certificate holders will develop a complexity and adaptive mindset that will enables them to enact real-time strategic change and innovation when confronted with “wicked” problems.
