Dining Services chefs present a menu that showcases their talents with hand-picked recipes which have inspired them during their culinary journey. Cozy up to a nice cup of she-crab soup, enjoy split pea fritters topped with pineapple chutney and pair it with chicken Kiev, maple ginger-glazed acorn squash, and more.
