The Chattanooga Chapter is now accepting new volunteer board members for the 2023 Calendar year and would love to have you join us!

We will be meeting on Tuesday, January 24th at 7:00 PM at Tap House in St. Elmo and invite anyone who may want to help us plan the events for our calendar year. 

We are looking for the following in potential board members:

• People who enjoy taking initiative and who can plan AND execute events for the Chattanooga Chapter. This entails calling vendors/venues on behalf of the chapter, communicating with President/Co-Presidents about status of projects, and attending/setting up events. 
• People who can commit to hosting and attending at minimum 2-3 Game Watching Parties per year
• People who are social media savvy and can help create, post, and manage social media accounts and chapter listservs (preferred, not required)

Our chapter board meets 3-4x formally per year to review and plan upcoming events, and the rest of communication is usually done via the GroupMe app or text message.
