This program showcases the evolution of the string ensemble, featuring pieces such as Franz Joseph Haydn’s String Quartet in G minor "Rider" and Billy Childs’ String Quartet No. 2, "Awakening," performed by the Ying Quartet. Concluding the evening is Antonin Dvořák’s String Sextet in A major, featuring UGA Faculty Maggie Snyder and James Kim.
