Improvisers make up scenes, songs, whole plays, on-the-spot, in front of paying audiences demanding to be entertained. They are masters of instant collaborative creativity, and they have developed a unique set of activities and principles to enable anyone to grow those abilities. In this activity-based program, instructors will explore how to apply improv to organizational development to:
