The Mountain Laurel Quilters’ Guild is based in Clarkesville, Georgia, and draws members from several Georgia counties as well as North and South Carolina. The exhibit will feature about 30 wall quilts using traditional, contemporary and art quilting techniques. Each quilt will feature one or more birds, sometimes in a whimsical or surprising fashion. This is the third time the guild has exhibited their members’ work at the garden.
