Alvarez & Marsal Transaction Advisory Group (“TAG”) is seeking Accounting majors and / or Masters of Accountancy candidates who expect to pursue the CPA license. A&M TAG provides financial due diligence services to clients in the middle-market. Our clients are primarily private equity sponsors who are actively pursuing acquisitions with the intent of growing their portfolio companies for sale. We assist our clients with both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence as relationship-driven trusted advisors. A&M TAG combines our firm’s deep operational, industry and functional resources with quality financial accounting expertise to assess key deal drivers and identify critical deal issues.

In Spring 2025, A&M TAG will be interviewing / hiring for the following positions:

• Financial Due Diligence Summer 2025 Summer Leadership Academy
  • Eligible students will be on the CPA track and set to graduate May 2027.

In Fall 2025, A&M TAG will be interviewing / hiring for the following positions:

• Financial Due Diligence Summer 2026 Internship
