This workshop will feature a panel of faculty who have achieved a successful promotion. They will share their tips and insights regarding how to build early career success. They will also discuss their use of Elements, the web-based system by which UGA faculty collect and report their work in research, scholarship, creative works, and other professional activities. Elements plays a crucial role in the annual performance evaluation process. Participants will learn how to access and manage your their profile in Elements.
