The Pulaski Street Art Crawl

Pulaski Street art studios and businesses are opening their venues to the public to showcase Athens’ artwork. Art, live music, food. Music by Hawkproof Rooster and other local musicians. Theatrical performances by Circle Ensemble Theatre Company. Food graciously provided by The National, The Grit, and Pulaski Heights Barbeque. Art Crawl culminates downtown at ARTini’s Art Lounge for the Georgia Sculptors’ Society’s Exhibition juried by Todd Rivers of the Georgia Museum of Art. Look for the black and white balloons!

The Pulaski Street Art Crawl will start at Pints and Paints in the Leathers Building.

Participating venues include ARTini's Art Lounge; Flicker Theatre and Bar; Pain & Wonder Tattoo; Ted's Most Best; Sunshine Cycles; Cine; Snow Tire; The Grit; Chastain, Jenkins and Leathers; Koons Environmental Design; Clarke County Citizens’ Advocacy; Drennon & Associates; Pints and Paints; artist studios of Mary Engel, Margo Rosenbaum, Ouida Williams, Maria Dondero, Chatham Murray, UGA's Broad Street Painting Studios, and more.

UGA Art Professors Thom Houser and Scott Belville will be showing work at the Broad Street Art Studios along with UGA Senior Exit Painting students

Art Professor Ted Saupe along with Ceramic students will be lending ceramic serving platters for the food donated by The National, The Grit, and Pulaski Heights Barbeque

The UGA student-run Georgia Sculptors Society exhibition will be the last stop and will be juried by Todd Rivers of the Georgia Art Museum.

Maps will be available at ARTini’s Art Lounge and Pints and Paints the night of the art crawl.

Athens Art Crawl Association is a not-for-profit group of local artists and business owners. Established in 2011, they provide opportunities for Athens artists, business owners, and patrons to come together and engage in cultural discourse while boosting Athens’ respective businesses and art community.

**Art Crawl starts at Pints and Paints at 675 Pulaski Street, winds down Pulaski Street to UGA's Broad Street Drawing and Painting Studios, and then ends at ARTini's Art Lounge at 296 West Broad.
