Visitors are invited to look through the UGA Observatory's 24 inch telescope in the dome on top of the Physics Building and through 10 inch telescopes on the roof of the Physics Building. The crescent moon and the planets Jupiter and Venus will be viewable.
Visitors are advised to take the elevator to the 4th floor to reach the observatory or the roof.
If the weather is cloudy, there will be a lecture in the main lecture hall, room 202 in the Physics Building.
