Author and activist Philip Lymbery will speak about his book "Farmageddon: The True Cost of Cheap Meat" and how factory farming harms human health, the environment and the well-being of animals. Lymbery is chief executive of Compassion in World Farming and a prominent commentator on the effects of industrial farming. Sponsored by Speak Out for Species.

In researching the book, Lymbery travelled in the United Kingdom and visited Argentina, China, Peru and Mexico as well as the U.S. and Europe.
