Ralph Cimperman, Marathon HR, discusses the ins and outs of Human Resource Law for small business owners. An overview of laws that apply to companies (such as 20 or more employees, FLSA, ADA, Title VII, etc.; 50 or more employees, FMLA) and what the basics of compliance are. He will also review aspects such as the FCRA and the responsibilities for background checks, and specific laws according to company size.
