Class: Black & White vs. Color Photography
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Georgia Center for Continuing Education
When is it best to photograph a subject in black and white and when do you use color? This class focuses on this question as well as helping students gain technical confidence in using their DSLR cameras.
Whether participants are a beginning photographers or just want to improve their basic photography skills, this class will help provide a more thorough knowledge of correct exposure, shutter speed, focus, and composition, as well as develop a “trained eye” for photography, specifically when to photograph in black and white vs. color. Two field trips, plus two classes in the computer lab are included. DLSR camera and owner’s manual should be brought to class each week. Class meets on Tuesdays from Sept. 19 - Oct. 24 from 6-8 pm.
