Lecture: Nzinga Shaw

Nzinga Shaw is senior vice president of community and chief diversity and inclusion officer at the Atlanta Hawks and Phillips Arena Organization. She is responsible for embedding diversity and inclusion best practices throughout the organization. Her talk, "Home Court Advantage: Promoting Pro-Level Diversity in the Atlanta Hawks," will address the importance of multi-dimensional diversity and provide participants with actionable steps that can be taken to incorporate inclusive leadership skills into strategic business operations.

Laymon is the author of the novel, Long Division, and a collection of essays, How to Slowly Kill Yourself and Others in America.
