UGA Summer Intensive Communication Programs For Children and Adults
9:00 am – 12:00 pm
$500 plus $75 supply fee
UGA summer intensive communication programs for children and adults provide evidence-based intervention and enrichment in early literacy, speech and language production, and social communication for children in a creative, interactive atmosphere.
Programs include Smooth Dawgs with intensive practice in fluent speech for adolescents and adults who stutter, Puppy Talk for children aged 3-6 years and Big Dawgs for children entering grades 2-7.
Both Puppy Talk and Big Dawgs are evidence-based intervention and enrichment in early literacy, speech and language production, and social communication.
Children without specific speech or language needs are welcome and will receive developmentally appropriate language and literacy enrichment.
Two 2-week sessions: June 19-30 and July 10-21.
All programs meet from 9 a.m to Noon, Monday through Friday for two weeks.
